My son has been trying to get me to purchase a jetski for quite some time. I had never owned one, and did not know a whole lot about them. A friend of mine recommended Jetblast to me, so I figured I'd go and check them out. The first day I went in, the staff was extremely patient with me when I explained to them I knew absolutely nothing about jetskis, and they spent a lot of time answering every single question that I had. Duke and his staff are great they go above and beyond for you they truly believe in service after the sell they helped make my purchase so easy to the point that all I did was point to the one I wanted and picked it up 2 days later they took care of all my legwork 10 star service absolutely recommend JET BLAST
These guys went above and beyond to make sure my bike was ready for the weekend, so I could take my son to the track. Expedited parts, stayed late on Friday, they kept me updated on progress throughout the whole project. You won’t find that kind of service anywhere else!
Stay away from this place. I recently had a tune up on a water craft at this shop. Amongst numerous additional charges, they charged me for 89.7 hours of labor! You seen it correct, 89 hours to change oil and plugs on a water craft! $300.00 in labor. Also, a $51.00 Misc charge plus tax! All said they charged me $640.00 for an oil change. I didn’t argue it with them, its not worth it… STAY AWAY! I have been told about them by others, and I gave them the first and only chance they will get for my business.
