Took my work truck in yesterday to get four new tires. Alex ordered me (four better than I expected) said he would have them in this morning. Called early this am. Had me in and out in about 40 min. Clearly i’m not the only person who’s rims they’ve destroyed and refused to compensate. Terrible place. Would never go back. The owners a joke & his employees have zero respect. They claimed theirs no way their tire machine could do this to my rims. LOL. Had to get my father involved in the issue & they told him they’d have my rims re-powdercoated because they destroyed them with their tire machine balancing my tires and of course he was no man of his word.
