Our company recently switched to Kaiser and I was so grateful I was able to see Dr Morales who was previously my primary doctor when I'd had Kaiser years ago. Dr Morales has great bed side manner, takes his time during our visits and makes sure I have a full understanding of test results. I also really appreciate how he explains things in a way that are easy to understand by someone not in the medical field.
I was very sick and told this doctor that I had fever, coughing and chest pain. He was rushing. He didn’t check on me nor order any test. I got sicker and sicker. A week later, kaiser told me my lung look really bad and immediately gave me a shot. All my suffering and severe illness could have been prevented if the doctor did his job.
