All I can say is â??WOW!â?? From the phone call to set up a first appointment through the entire thorough examination, everyone was welcoming, friendly, incredibly competent and I felt very safe in this extraordinary time. Iâ??ll admit, Iâ??m a difficult patient with super sensitive teeth, but did NOT have any pain throughout. The attention to my dental care was gentle yet very effective. I was completely informed and included as part of the decision-making. This will be my dental care office forever!
Wow, this one statement says it all. My first appointment of the day was with the hygienist, Jeanna who is the most gentle and caring hygienist by far. She was informative without being over bearing regarding my lack of flossing. I appreciate her professionalism but friendly attitude and how she made me feel like I was family. Only 5 stars? 5 stars times 100! I am a brand new patient who lost a filling which necessitated a crown. I called yesterday to ask for an appointment & was seen this morning. At age 70, I have had numerous dentists over the years, but Dr K & all of his staff are way beyond excellent!! It always impresses me when you are received by a Dr's office with such friendly acknowledgement and ON TIME! Jeanna, my hygienist was expedient and very friendly when she came out to get me for my appointment. She was very professional and gentle with her cleaning which put me at ease and confident that she knew my dental concerns very well. Dr. Kassabian has been my dentist for over 10 years. He is fantastic. He's very good at his work. His assistant is wonderful as well. In fact, everyone there is kind and professional. I highly recommend his practice.
