Ordered NO whipped cream and they still gave me whipped cream. Told them I didn’t want whipped cream and they just scraped it off. There was still pieces of whipped cream throughout the drink, and I cannot consume dairy. The drink was also melted at this point. They told me they couldn’t refund me since I made an online order?
Really nice customer service. The matcha is pretty decent but I would avoid the americano or any brewed coffee as it’s not grinded fresh
