I was trying to find a new dental group after moving here from out of state. I saw an ad for Dental Health Care Associates of West Chester on Facebook, and a day later I had a new Dentist, Dr. Ciccarelli, and I also had an awesome cleaning with Zuzana, my hygienist. A new Phillips electric toothbrush was also included! The office staff is also amazing and they took care of all my insurance paperwork for me before I arrived. I will be referring my family to this great group! Thank you, again!
What can I say? I have been very happy with my experience at my dentist. The staff gets my weird sense of humor, the dentist is excellent.
I was seen for a regular preventative dental cleaning. My hygienist was Christina. Christina was great, thorough, and explained everything she was doing and why. She made sure I was okay and asked if I needed breaks frequently which was thoughtful. The front desk girls Stephanie and Christina (different Christina) were also cheerful, welcoming and very nice. It was absolutely a great new patient experience. The staff was pleasant and so welcoming. The dental hygienist’s, office staff and Dr.Haley Ciccarelli all so professional and so easy to talk with and they explained everything. The office was very clean and everyone was so helpful and attentive to our needs. We we won’t there 5 minutes before we went back for treatment. I highly recommend this team!!!

I went for cleaning and had to do filling as the temporary filling fell off recently. The dentist just did filling during the cleaning appointment even though I did not have an appointment for filling.
Dr. Ciccarelli and her staff are great!
