Never answer the phone I've been trying to make an appointment for the longest they called me over 20 to pay $27 now they don't answer the phone for nothing after I pay I can't even set up an appointment or nothing this is ridiculous
If I can give them zero star I will.. I had an appointment, which I made well in advance... suddenly they call me to cancel the appointment because the doctor is going on vacation, and they want to give me another appointment for three months from now, they are irresponsible and disrespectful, First if the doctor goes on vacation, do not make appointments, and if she already has appointments, keep them and have her vacations at another time. Terrible service been a patient for over six years nothing has change can’t never get the doctors off , can’t even get an important appointment scheduled cause they keep sending me to the call service that can’t make the appointment the place is a joke after I get my procedure done I’m done with the organization it really sucks I don’t recommend no one there
