This clinic is thee ABSOLUTE WORSE when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why is an answering service answering calls for a clinic that is open and seeing patients.
I’ve been waiting for a callback from this place for over a month , I completely forgot I even needed to see a doc bc it’s been so long lol what kind of service is that?
They never answer! Girls act VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They open when they want to. It’s just very unorganized. I changed my daughter to over here to support the black community. But, baby this isn’t it. Hire a whole new staff
