You can never get through on the phone to the North Shore office. No one never answers the phone at that office not good.
The obgyn here at Jessie trice Dr Grant is full of it and his whole entire staff , they don't know how to communicate and or even set appointments, it's hard to get them to answer the phone all they do is sit there with there headphones on . I do not recommend him or his team if you are pregnant
Shut the whole establishment down. The worse center ever. No one ever answers the phone, appoint take up to 2-3 hours to be seen. Upper management is ineffective and unprofessional. This clinic is a waste and should be investigated.
