Do not use this agent. I am warning you. Her and her employees are rude and disrespectful. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior. I called to inquire about changes to the roadside assistance portion of my auto policy and did not receive an explanation so I asked to speak to another employee. I was transferred to Jessie, who told me to leave State Farm, if I did not want to deal with the changes to my policy.
