I am very disappointed with my recent experience. The service I received was well below professional standards. The color was applied only to the top layers of my hair, with no proper sectioning, resulting in uneven coverage and visible grey strands. In addition, communication with the stylist was poor, which made the experience frustrating and unprofessional. I just got a great haircut from Jessica. She knows her craft and is a wonderful person. I will be seeing her again!
Jessica is wonderful! I’ve been coming to her for a few years now and I’m always so happy with my haircut. She truly listens to what you’re asking for and offers thoughtful suggestions and helpful recommendations for caring for and styling your hair. I also bring my kids, and they are always excited to visit Jessica’s salon. I highly recommend her!
