I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Jessica Young and had to call her the day before my appointment because my car broke down and I was asking for a virtual appointment and she refused then I receive a letter stating I was a no-show no call missed appointment completely rude to me on the phone that day. Don’t go see her.
does not listen well
Jessica young is go nice and well you have a health problem she listens and takes care of you. Runs bloodwork or ultrasound sounds. She trys to get to the issue. The staff is k8nd and caring as well.
I count her with being my saving grace. She is kind but she is honest. She has been a Godsend and I am feeling and doing better because she cared about me as a person. If she ever moves, I will probably go with her.
She was very friendly, informative, she cared about my concerns, and referred me out to get PT. I loved her energy and professionalism! Highly recommended! I’m glad she is my PC!
