Dr. Wilden is a people person and made me comfortable after just a few minutes. She was not rushed and took time to answer all my questions, explaining fully. She was very informative and I left there a little less apprehensive. My visit was very pleasant.
Two separate nurses came in and asked me questions--one about chronic medical issues, the other more open-ended questions. Dr. Wilden did a wonderful job of explaining what the problem with my spine was (e.g., brought up my test results and talked through what they lead her to conclude). She made it clear that her office specialized in surgery, talked about nonoperative alternatives to try first, warned me of what type of language to be wary of from other drs, and gave me some info to read.
Excellent God sent neurosurgeon...thankful for her helping me get back to normal .i suffered from distonia for years and the brain pacemaker she implanted in me helped me get back on my feet....glory to God
I don't even know where to begin with how incredible of a surgeon that Dr. Wilden is. Never have I ever seen someone so passionate about what they do and have as much compassion for her patients as much she does. She celebrated my positive recovery from my surgery with me and was there every step of the way whenever I need her. She truly is a phenomenal surgeon and I would not recommend anyone else.
Dr. Wilden took great care of my mother, and I would strongly recommend her. She not only gave us wonderful advise for my mother's seizure disorder, but she also diagnosed another problem that my mom had that needs further treatment. I think she's bright, competent and kind.
This physician helped me with my back pain. Very caring and essential in getting the scan I needed. Would recommend to any of my family and friends.
Dr. Wilden has been the best neurosurgeon I have even seen. She takes time with her patients and explains things in depth. I have seen 2 other neurosurgeons who were not nearly as willing to help me get to the bottom of my problem. I would recommend her to anyone!
Dr Wilden is an outstanding physician! My father has a new lease on life thanks to her.
She is a very good Dr and Surgeon. Very very efficient and she takes time with my husband. She explains everything very clearly to him. She has always been there for him when he has had other surgeries and made sure the staff knew how to turn off and on his DBS before and after surgery. She has come to hospital and checked him to be sure he is ok. She is an outstanding Doctor We need more like her in all medical fields!!! Oh yes and even when he was at M D Anderson she contacted surgeon !!!!
