Very unorganized and unreliable practice. Jessica herself is a very nice lady, but I’ve had multiple scheduling and refill issues. They made a mistake on my refill and instead admitting there was a mistake and take accountability, they were very dismissive and provided no explanation. Told me I needed another appointment for the the refill, even though I just did it 2 months ago. No one took the time to listen to me, or explain the mix up. Very disappointed.
I’ve been a patient of Jessica's for about 7 years now and she is the most through doctor I have ever had in my 50 years of seeing a doctor. She’s great!
Took time to listen, very reassuring.
This practice is so screwed up. They cant even be polite when you talk to you. Her med specialist just yell instead of doing their job. The provider jessica van rye isn't even a dr. She is an aprn Who cant even call a patient after two weeks of trying still no help. Just called the state and contacted the drug provider commission 860 297 3900. Because she cant get her story right. Gotcha this time
