I've gone to Jessica Spa for years,and have always had a great experience with wonderful results. Not so much the last few visits. It's just not the same - didn't recognise any of the technicians, behind the station at the door were two men, one middle aged, who I could barely understand, the other maybe 20, who just seemed lost. The technician was competent, but brusque, hand and fingers down and around roughly. The hand massage took less than 20 seconds (watched the clock on the second hand).
