Jessica sold a house and a condo for us, at the same time. Both sold in a weekend, and both for well above both our expectations and our asking price. Her service went above and beyond expectations as well. She was very specific on what we needed to do, and didn't need to do to prepare our homes for sale, and then she staged and photographed both homes so beautifully we almost didn't want to leave! We used Jessica several months ago to help sell a home that was not our primary residence; she was super helpful and responsive and always seemed like she was looking out for our best interests. She was knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get the home ready to sell and never pressured us in any way. It was a great experience for something that could have been overwhelming.
