Disgusting unprofessional care by this joke of a “wt management program”. NPs running around with ZERO MD supervison. Jessica Riggins is nasty and beyond unprofessional yelling at me when I asked questions about her refusal to prescribe the medication she promised to prescribe me. And because I questioned her clinical judgement as I am NP who clearly understands lab interpretation better than her, she kicked me without medication or a tx plan which is patient abandonment. Immediately Jessica put our minds at rest, explained everything to us in great detail, answered every question we asked with patience, and compassion. Jessica is a credit to the practice.
