I have worked with Jessica and Nate for years. They always do a great job negotiating the best deals for their clients and work with their clients best interest in mind.
If I could give a negative star rating I would do so in this instance. The blatant disrespect for my Wife's concerns about our property and the condescending and dismissive way she spoke and handled us and our property and concerns is shameful at best extremely unprofessional at worst. Jessica refuses to return refundable security deposits for her short-term rentals without cause or explanation. Completely unresponsive, absolutely unprofessional and a theft. Would avoid at all costs.
