Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Despite providing my EAP number from Cigna from the beginning, I was charged multiple copays before it was accepted and I was never refunded the copays. I was also charged for a double intake session without being informed ahead of time, even though it only ran slightly over. Communication is extremely difficult—there are no direct lines and voicemails were not returned. Unfortunately I’ve reached out a handful of times via email and left multiple voicemails over the past few months and have never received a response. I’m unsure how to schedule an appointment because I can’t get in contact with them.

We had a disappointing experience with this practice. After submitting a request for an appointment on their website in May, we went through a lengthy two-month onboarding process. Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to begin couples counseling, as we experienced two last-minute cancellations in the same week. One of which involved showing up to the office for our scheduled appointment with no notice that the session had been canceled.
