Edit: this review is based solely off of my personal experience with Jessica. This is your fair warning to turn around now, and go somewhere else. Jessica is the most unreliable, unprofessional, "healthcare professional" I've ever come across. I was having severe anxiety attacks and needed help. I was physically and mentally drained. Jessica taught me how to be in control and how to get my life back. My attacks lasted 3 days at a time and after a few months, I can honestly say they're gone. I'm my best person right now, all because of Jessica. So grateful to her.

Matita is awesome. She has helped me a ton over the past few months. Signing up for appointments is easy and I can do virtual or in person. Nothing but good things to say.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Despite providing my EAP number from Cigna from the beginning, I was charged multiple copays before it was accepted and I was never refunded the copays. I was also charged for a double intake session without being informed ahead of time, even though it only ran slightly over. Communication is extremely difficult—there are no direct lines and voicemails were not returned.
