Dr. Thompson is very friendly, and understanding. I for one am not the type of person to open up, or talk about issues. She listens, is genuine, and has improved my way of life. Very responsive to emails, and honestly glad I found her.
Dr. Thompson treated me for anxiety and depression, and treated me with a common anti-anxiety/depression medicine Celexa. Celexa is not a scheduled class of controlled substances. Despite this Dr. Thompson failed to refill my prescription on several occasions leading to withdrawals and a predictably negative impact on my condition. When I confronted her on how this was impacting my health, she told me the withdrawal was "uncomfortable", that is was my "choices that are affecting your life".
Dr. Thompson is kind and easy to talk to. She also responds quickly to emails.
