I am in shock - Lifebalance just called me back after I reached out for services and they refused me as a client because I have a disorder "they dont specialize in" - my disorder is very common and is basically bipolar disorder (schizoaffective-bipolar type). I mentioned I hear voices and thats the only reason why I supposedly have schizoaffective. This feels like discrimination. Life Balance has been such an amazing experience for me, while being here I have learned so much about myself. I would have to say the staff members played a huge part in my transformation they are all very kind, understanding and they genuinely care about you. Life Balance is the best place in my opinion for healing and learning purposes.
