I has been one year since I started visiting Benningfield Chiropractic. I fell off a cliff, on my mountain bike, and had injuries that I believed were impossible to heal. I was in incredible pain while walking always and walked with a quite severe limp. I had to stop biking, hiking, jogging, playing sports, and even most weight lifting.
