Everyone say she cares, but this is not TRUE. She may care about your money, but NOT you. First, she looks at the computer and types most of the visit, NO hand washing ever seen within the practice, your pain is not controlled very well and she documents has good moderate relief-falsifying medical records, no Afterhours phone calls accepted, in an Emergency she will NOT help at all/will Not change treatment(I fell & couldn’t leave my house for wks and would not make temporary changes), she NEVER performed a physical exam to ... read more
Dr.Valetta was my doctor for over a year. At first very pleasant, nice but I guess it was all in act. After she has you for a couple months she starts to deteriorate from your case. She dropped me as a patient over the phone. Talk about professional. Didn’t even refer me to doctor as she should, by law. Her nurse, Kristie Y, is very nice but great at covering up for Dr. Valetta. She’s useless and not helpful and inconsiderate
I had a great first time appt. With Dr. Valletta, ontime, professional, concise, very thorough. Accommodating and provided me with all of my options for my pain treatment regarding my herniated disc.
