I saw Dr. Jessica for the first time yesterday. I am not a true fan of most doctors unfortunately. On top of my distrust I cannot always afford Insurance. Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? No, they were fine Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? Yes, I was outright lied to

Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Yes, I felt better than I've felt in years when I left! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes, they explained it in-depth Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Fairly Current
