I can't think of a time I've left a bad review. If I take the time to post a review—I'd rather it be highlighting exceptional service/care. Plus, we all have bad days - both healthcare providers and patients. However after recently receiving seamless care with another practitioner made me revisit the experience and note how the visit was subpar. Horrible location, wish she never left from palatine. Very unorganized and don’t do work orders until last minute. Love the Doctor not the practice. Update: It has been over 1 year since she did my surgery and had nothing but issues. The surgery was done all wrong. I had to have the surgery done over by another doctor. For almost 2 years I couldn’t wear certain shoes, move my toes a certain way and couldn’t walk for long periods of time. We just love Dr. Knight and her staff! (Ruby) My husband and I have both used her, myself recently for surgery!! It was a great experience and she will be our Podiatrist for life!
I saw Dr. Jessica Knight at the Elmhurst location on 11.7.25. At that visit I waited to be seen 1.5 to 2hrs. Before the receptionist left she indicated I would be next. It was others in the waiting room after me and by the time I left, no other patients were in the building.
