Dr. Laursen measured my Adult Strabismus 3 times on 3 visits. Advised me to have both my eyes corrected.The outcome was perfect.
I had the most unprofessional and inappropriate experience with Dr. Laursen. I went in to have my child eye evaluated. The moment she walks in she redirects our visit to my husband and says “ Didn’t I see you here earlier today with a different set of kids and women”. My husband and I were appalled at her unprofessional remarks. She’s a horrible representation of Kaiser and a liability .
