Although I do have billing issues, it has gotten better. I love the vets I see for both my cat and dog. They explain everthing they are doing. The boarding is fabulous! He loves the day care and so do I . Yes there are some vets and boarding that are cheaper, but you get what you pay for.
I boarded my cat here. I don't know anything about the veterinarian care, but the staff at the check-in desk for boarding were immature, and unhelpful to to point of rudeness. They were to busy talking to their friends to greet or help me. (I thought that their pet taxi service was a bit over priced....close to $20 + $.40 a mile; this was in early Nov.2008, when gas prices had fallen to around $2.17 a mile.) A Rip off, and the most unorganized establishment Ever! Every time I've been here they try to over charge me several hundred dollars. You have to wait 2 hrs to see a vet even when you have an appointment. When I brought my cat to board for a couple of days, they thought he was getting surgery! He was only boarding because I was having painters in my house. I've been there 5 times and they still call my cat by the wrong name(the name of my previously desiced cat) even though I've corrected them every time I've been in there! ... read more
