We were taken back to the exam room promptly. The staff were very well-spoken and professional. The Tech who pre-tested my child had him laughing and enjoying reading the eye chart. She was very thorough. Dr. Kovarik came in and conducted another comprehensive exam. She explained all of the alternatives with likely outcomes so that we could weigh all of our options.
