My response to the "Response from the owner" below which was left this morning: Jessica left a one star rating for my business a few weeks ago, also with no comments or explanation. I have the email notice from Google regarding Jessica's 1* rating, along with other screenshots, if anyone would like to review them. I left a response on my Google business page very similar to the one left here for me.
