This happened a year ago, at least you were the second doctor to see me. I was literally crying and begging for help, and you made judgements and assumptions (I can't help that I have PTSD and severe anxiety). If you had listened and done what I asked (look at my paper records) my genetic disorder would've been found sooner. And I might be in housing now.
