Dr. Aronowitz did a reverse shoulder replacement on my left shoulder. It was amazing...my recovery was easy and comfortable, and I now have a functional shoulder with no pain. Dr. Aronowitz is kind, respectful, compassionate, and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend her.
Told me I did not have a tear. Got a second opinion and 7 months later had to have rotator cuff tear surgery. Odd the looked at the same MRI and didn’t see it. I was suffering in pain for months

She needs vast improvement in making eye contact and really listening to me, the patient. She was distracted, reading notes while I was answering questions. Cryptic one-word answers to my questions as well as defense answers. I felt that she could have been much more caring for me the patient.. I felt dehumanized, like an object rather than a person.
