Jessica is the best therapist I have found! I have been seeing her for about 2 years. She has great experience and has helpful tactics to cope with anxiety. Very knowledgeable and understanding. My old therapist made me feel judged about everything I said. Jessica does not make you feel judged EVER and she agrees or disagrees with you and respectfully will give you advise!
