It took me until my 50’s and well over half a dozen therapists to finally find Jessica, but it was worth not giving up. My appointments with Jessica are never a chore or something I force myself to do, I honestly look forward to each and every appointment. Jessica is a wonderful therapist. She helps you to feel safe enough to open up easily and go deeply into issues that can be difficult to discuss. She has a warm and calming presence and cares so much about how you are feeling and really wants to help.
I’ve had a really great experience with Jessica. She makes it easy to open up, and I always leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and with a better perspective. I’m really grateful for all the help she’s given me and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist.
