I am very disappointed with my experience. I noticed some negative reviews online beforehand, but chose to move forward and give this office the benefit of the doubt since I was hoping I could receive the care I needed. Started with promise… but turned into a deeply frustrating experience... I was so hopeful when I booked with Dr. Cho. She always spends so much time and actually listens to my concerns. She is always trying to connect the dots to get the whole picture.
My experience with Dr. CHO and her employees has been outstanding. It was very informative and helpful. All my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. I would recommend anyone to her.
