Jessica helped me buy my home and then helped me sell it when we moved a few years later. She did a great job both times, helping me through the unfamiliar processes of buying and selling. We were able to negotiate contracts that I was happy with both times, and Jessica was always readily available and easy to reach whenever needed.
Jessica was prepared from the first meeting. She gave us great advice about getting our home ready to sell, she marketed it well including sending an open house invitation to all of the neighbors, and she supported us through every step. The house sold in one weekend for more than asking price. We could not have had a better experience!
Jessica Carter is a professional in every sense of the word. She assisted my wife and I in the sale of our home and simultaneously the purchase of the new home. She was knowledgeable, well prepared, and a pleasure to communicate with.
