Jessica Carter is a professional in every sense of the word. She assisted my wife and I in the sale of our home and simultaneously the purchase of the new home. She was knowledgeable, well prepared, and a pleasure to communicate with. We plan on living in our home for many years to come however, if we do enter the market again Jessica's number will be the first one we call. Thanks for all your help Jessica! PS. LOVE THE GIFT!

Jessica is a very knowledgeable and experienced realtor! She immediately let us know that she was working to give us the best experience and was open about setting expectations for our time together. She was super quick to communicate at all times of the day, which really made us feel comfortable as first-time home buyers. I was very much impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. She definitely is a good realtor to work with. We were new to Ann arbor and she helped us a lot to find what we were looking for. She has a pleasant personality and listen carefully to our needs and concern when we were looking for houses. She showed us almost 10 houses before we finilized on the one house we liked. She is a wonderful negotiator and alway looks for the client concern and bargains on their behalf.

As first time home-buyers, Jessica was so helpful walking us through the process and answering all of our questions. She made sure she knew exactly what we wanted (even when my husband and I were all over the place). Her listings were always up to date, and she is so prompt on getting showings! We probably could have closed sooner if we had looked at our house when she recommended it. Overall, we were very happy with having Jessica as our realtor!
