Jessica Carter sold my brother's house as part of an estate sale. I needed someone who could handle removal of all furniture and personal possessions, deep cleaning of the house, get it listed on the market with photographs, staging of the house for best appearance, and handle all closing documents while I returned to my home in a state far from my brother's house. Jessica was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful in the search for our first home. We were referred to her by a mutual friend to help us find our dream house. My house went on the market early March, the pandemic lockdown started a few days later and I thought it would be May or June before we would see interest again but Jessica kept my house out there via virtual showings, walk through video, and ads and I received two qualified offers less than a month later. She's professional, very well informed about the housing market, patiently answered my questions and expertly guided me through to closing. It was a great experience and I highly recommend her.

Jessica helped me buy my home and then helped me sell it when we moved a few years later. She did a great job both times, helping me through the unfamiliar processes of buying and selling. Jessica was prepared from the first meeting. She gave us great advice about getting our home ready to sell, she marketed it well including sending an open house invitation to all of the neighbors, and she supported us through every step. The house sold in one weekend for more than asking price. We could not have had a better experience!
