In my experience, a typical agent who didn’t seem interested in addressing my concerns and appeared focused on getting the contract signed and collecting the commission. The agent was not willing to make changes to the contract and provided the standard version, explaining it was impossible to adjust. I felt pressured to sign quickly, as the agent mentioned there were many other people interested in the apartment.
