She is a great doctor with great bedside manners. She prepares you for procedures that are nerve wrecking for a first timer by verbally telling you what she is going to do next so that you are never shocked and wondering what is happening. She communicates well and she is so kind! She never patronizes you. She genuinely cares for the patient's wellbeing. She also has a great nurse. Shout out to nurse Linda! She is so kind and so caring.
Dr Dean's office has a very rude manager. When you try to communicate with her, she just talks over you. She appears to believe she is god and there is no way to bypass and explain your circumstances.
