I have been seeing Dr Dean for over 15 years and she is by far the best physician I have ever had. She does not push unnecessary medication like most Dr’s. I hope she never changes.
Whatever issues I had concerns about, Dr. Dean explained that it was 'normal,' not note-worthy, not worth treating unless I come back for another visit to talk about it more. I have an autoimmune disease and have been struggling with depression, but I am apparently also totally fine. I assume she can bill more if you cover each small issue in a separate visit. She is a great doctor, gentle kind and gives you a feeling that not rushing you through the visit, gives plenty of time to ask questions, and I would highly recommend using her to anyone
The best staff and her assistant Linda is wonderful. I am past middle aged and very set in my ways. I started going to Dr Dean 5 years ago. I since then moved further away but refuse to get a different Doctor. My last Dr I had for 20 years. She has great bed side manner, she is very knowledgeable. I am very comfortable to open up with very personal issues. I will never go to another doctor or office. Linda has gone out of her way to help me. Doctor is ok and I would not mind seeing her again, but her office manager and front desk staff are beyond terrible!!!! They coded a bill wrong and it's now been almost 5 weeks and no one has looked at it yet. I keep calling and no one is doinng a damn thing about it. Will pursue additional action after i do my research because this is beyond unacceptable and has caused my bill to be sent to collections and incur late fees.
Quick and thorough. Short wait and pleasant office staff.
I've only been going to Dr. Dean for about a year but I really like her. She is conservative in her approach to medicine and she can work on muscles as well as diagnose illnesses. Her manner is friendly, yet professional and she really cares about her patients.

After waiting for a couple of weeks for an appointment, and hearing that if I cancel without at least 24 hours notice, they would send me a no show bill, they cancelled my appointment just over 24 hours before my appointment. One of the office personal wanted to ball me out for my disappointment. Seems like an unprofessional practice, but then again, I never actually got taken care of.
I am more than middle aged. I have been to several physician's over the years. There are certain qualities that stand out or do not. Particularly empathy and great listening skills. Dr. Dean has these and so many more gifts to offer in spades. She is sensitive, thoughtful, kind and has, I believe, been touched by an angel. I could write a book about her attributes. You better believe I would recommend her. p.s. I would like to keep her all to myself, but alas you would miss out!
