I drove 2 hours to see a Toyota Tacoma, only to be treated like crap by Alex Williams the “salesman”, so I took my cash elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The worst customer service anywhere!!!
Was told I could get 17k for my 2017 frontier. Drove to Slidell from Denham Springs and before I even vwas able to look at a vehicle, I was told financing would be next to impossible because I would be upside down. Apparently they did not want to even look at numbers or even attempt to do business with me! I am really sorry I wasted the better part of a Saturday driving down there for nothing!!!
They sold me a piece of shit Jeep and they can't deny it because it used to belong to their employee. The engine blew up within 1000 miles. they would not return phone calls about the Jeep immediately after we bought it. There was more wrong than right with it. Within a year I've spent almost as much fixing the Jeep as the Jeep cost me.
Super awesome people. They don't work on commission so there is zero pressure. You don't realize how much of a pleasure it is buying what YOU want and not what they try to push you into at other dealerships. If they have what you want then you can't beat this place. It was well worth the drive from Hattiesburg and the owners son even stayed a few hours late so we could get it that day. I still love my Tacoma I bought there almost a year ago.
My wife and I looked for a jeep from Destin, Florida up to Atlanta, Georgia but couldn't find what I wanted. My wife went online and found Jesse's Jeeps. We took the 3 hour drive to go check out a few keeps, twice!! On the second trip, after test driving 3 other jeeps, we came home with my 2006 Wrangler Rubicon. The staff was very approachable, friendly, down to Earth and NOT full of themselves!! When my oldest daughter is ready to get her Wrangler, we will be taking the 3 hour ride to buy another Jeep from Jesse's Jeeps!!!
Worse place ever to go to buy a jeep i dove 3 hours to come n when u get there half the jeeps don't start so they hand u a jumper box to jump off the battery and then when u find a decent one its over priced and they come off a few hundred bucks so they do not wanna sell jeeps here!!!!!!!!!
I am giving them 1 star only because I can't give 0 star. I purchased a jeep from them about 6 months for $10000.00 six months later I am spending 5000 on an new engine and a number of other issues. I tried to contact them and no one has ever returned a call. Don't buy a jeep from them you have been WARNED!!!!!!!!
