The absolute worst doctor ever. Why has nothing been done to remove this doctor from Kaiser?
I really don’t understand all the negative comments concerning Dr. Orpilla. I went to urgent care for a problem which could have been serious but fortunately turned out to be relatively minor. I found the doctor to be personable and caring. She communicated clearly regarding my condition and the steps I needed to take, and ordered lab tests just to be safe. Went in today to urgent care. Very bad experience felt rushed and felt like this dr. Doesn’t take time to listen to patient. She walked in and basically slamming door mumble stuff and right away asked why I was there when I was trying to explain she cuts you off and feels like she gets annoyed to everything I had to say . Very bad dr not sure she is still in practice this should be addressed. On the other hand the nurse was more helpful.
Went into Urgent Care and there was a 2 hour plus wait. Checked in before 10:30am and just left at 4:15pm. This doctor is the most rude, monotone non-people person I have ever met! 1 star is one too many. I could not recall how many times I had taken my Tylenol the day before due to a severe migraine. She became even more short with me, aggravated, and her eyes were bulging out. Such a disgusting, heartless, piece of garbage she is. How does she still have her MD license? Who would even hire someone like her? Went into urgent care and sadly got her as my “doctor.” She walked into the room with the biggest attitude making me feel like I am wasting her time by being there.
