Dr Welter is simply the best. Explains everything thoroughly.
Very attentive and helpful
There is no other hospital like OSS..all hospitals should be this good and Dr.Welter is one of the best surgeons. He did a knee replacement for me and now a hip..I pray I won't need another " joint" but if I do he will be the one I go to
