He was communicative, happy to educate us, and had our backs from day 1 all the way to beyond closing when he continued to check in on us and make sure we had a smooth transition. As new buyers he helped us navigate all the ins and outs of negotiations and when we ultimately ended up dealing with difficult sellers, he continued to go to the mat for our best interests.
