Jesse Godzala is a great trainer for me a newly senior citizen. He is patient and kind hearted trainer but with a firm push getting me to use my core and muscles that have laid rest for far too long. He gives me new hope for a longer healthier life with new muscle strength Cathy Hanson Shaw

He really listens to me and is building a bespoke programme to move me safely towards my fitness goals. Jesse really understands how the body works and how you use it in everyday life. I feel strong and balanced and always look forward to my next workout.
