Christopher was an amazing agent. I was in a bind with my last insurance and he helped me get an amazing price and made the whole experience such a breeze. I definitely recommend him!
If I could give a zero star, I would. I do not have State Farm, but a dealing with State Farm and this branch does not make the company look good. Alvertis Burkhalter, the manager/owner of the branch used her knowledge of how the system works to defraud an insurance claim by somehow making insurance coverage disappear on her 26 year old daughter’s vehicle so a claim would not be paid out.
