My experiences with Jesse Fields and his staff have all been positive and they have been able to address all of my insurance concerns for a number of years. Most of my contact has been with Alvertis Finley and she has been extremely helpful. She always responds in a timely and professional manner.
I called to review my policy and how I could save money. The staff was efficient, kind and saved me money with my home and auto renewal, along with informing me on where my coverage was lacking. Glad I switched from Allstate.
Ms. Alvertis is the ONLY reason I'm STILL with State Farm. Yes, Mr. Fields takes advantage of Ms. Alvertis because, she is TRUSTWORTHY!!! In today's fallen world, you CAN'T trust people, especially those who are SUPPOSE to be for you. I'm THANKFUL for Ms. Alvertis, She gets right to the point while being professional. I'm positive if she ever leaves I'm taking my business, homes, renters and auto policies elsewhere.
Pleasantly surprised to find out that state farm has very reasonble and affordable quotes... Especially to be a reputable company. I worked with Alvertis who helped through all that could have been a stressful and complex task!
