This process needs to be changed: Leaving a message just to request a SC-10 form is not convenient for patients when they are needing an appointment ASAP! Sooner care authorization forms are quick to process and if the Primary Care doctor is correct in Availity and the OHCA website it can be processed right then. It has been taking a week or two to receive a SC-10 form and that is not acceptable.
