The wonderful people at the cancer center was a true caring experience and very relaxing which to me was so important since so many are going thru such a difficult time. Dr Boyd was so easy to talk to and she listened. And there is nothing better than a doctor that knows how to be fun and catches on to your personality right away which she did. Not a good experience. Was met with being told that it looked as though I wouldn't need radiation & was there to talk about right breast & a benign cyst. I'd just had cancer surgery in my left breast. I was very upset. In a follow up appointment to ask how this happened & other questions, the doctor told me point blank that she wouldn't answer my questions & escorted me from the office. Dr. Boyd is a great doctor. She communicates very well even in tough situations. She has excellent follow through when she says she will do something.

Dr Boyd is an excellent radiology oncologist. Not only is she highly knowledgeable, but also very kind and friendly.
Dr. Boyd immediately put me at ease and thought my treatment was always available to answer any and all my questions. She was also willing to answer all the questions of my 16 year old daughter and made sure she understood everything. I never once felt rushed or like my concern wasn’t valid. Cancer sucks - being treated by a doctor with such care and concern makes it so much easier to live with.
