I have been a patient of Dr. Collins for 3 years being treated for tremors related to too many concussions in football. I enjoy my visits with him. Professional and encouraging (the staff as well). He found a treatment for me that other neurologists failed to implement. I give him and his staff 5 stars.

Horrible experience. This doctor will not respond to emails and his staff is very rude. The receptionist staff my first visit was messing around and acting as if I wasn't there. When I tried to call the office with questions or email them telling them my medication didnt work, I was constantly rerouted to other locations or a triage nurse. The doctor canceled appointments and pushed mine out months, which affected treatment from other specialists.
