UPDATE I ppreciate the refund. I am still shocked you would penalize someone for an illness since that is not someone that can be controlled but I do appreciate the refund. I had to cancel last week due to my son being sick and today I was canceled due to them not being properly staffed and kept my $20 deposit because it's same day cancelation. This was due to an illness. So rude and money hungry.
I had a wonderful experience, the service was excellent and it’s quality work, felt at home while talking to my nail tech as well. Definitely will be going back for another set of nails soon!
