Terrible experience with this office for my oldest son's wisdom teeth removal. He had 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed three days ago. While I commend the staff to pull my son back exactly on time for his 8:40 am appointment in which his dad drove him for, I was meeting them at the office. I arrived exactly 3 minutes late, and was unable to go back with my son prior to his surgery. I would like to start my review by saying that despite being received well by the oral surgeon Dr. Gardner, many times in the past, unfortunately his treatment towards me is not able to make up for his rude staff, starting with his office manager, Ms. Christine. This women has treated me with the upmost disrespect and has chosen on multiple occasions, both her and the other office manager, to play God and decide whether or not I am worthy to come back to their practice. Staff is not smart. You ask a simple question and they freeze up like you asked them a trivia question. Employees should be informed about their policy before they hire anyone.
Dr Jess extracted my son’s wisdom teeth last year. All 4 in one day. No issues. He also added chain to expose molar. Wonderful job. Thank you Dr Jess.
